Canada Winter Games

Every four years athletes between the ages of 14 and 19 (short track) and 14 and 20 (long track) compete in this national competition.  Long Track and Short Track speed skating races are an important component of this event and Ontario can send a team of 18 skaters, 2 coaches and 2 managers.  The 2019 Canada Winter Games will be held in Red Deer, Alberta.
